Teach undergraduate courses in futures studies and management, including Futures Literacy, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods and HRM.
Develop and implement course syllabi, assignments, and assessments that align with departmental and university learning outcomes.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lecture, discussion, group work, and technology-enhanced learning, to engage students and promote active learning.
Provide individualized feedback and support to students, including office hours and online communication.
Serve on departmental and university committees, including the Curriculum Committee.
Participate in professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and workshops, to stay current in the field and enhance teaching effectiveness.
